Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and high productivity.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock counts, restocking, and replenishment orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Assist in the planning and execution of visual merchandising displays to enhance store appeal.
- Handle cash register operations, balancing of accounts, and daily sales reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
