Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate frontline staff to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and regular stock takes.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and monitor store performance metrics.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent education level.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory skills, with the ability to guide a small team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
