Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of all retail activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment to prevent stockouts
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maintain an attractive store appearance
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance feedback
- Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and sales performance
Kualifikasi
- Previous retail supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in using retail POS systems and basic office software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
