Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of service.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor retail staff to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and drive consumer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to boost store profitability.
- Provide prompt and professional resolution to customer inquiries and escalated complaints.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and health regulations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Energetic, customer-focused, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a diploma or equivalent qualification in Retail Management or a related field.
