Tanggung Jawab
- Support Store Managers in achieving sales targets through team leadership and operational oversight
- Manage store expenses, inventory control, and cost-reduction initiatives
- Ensure consistently high standards of customer service through staff coaching and example-setting
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve sales conversion and customer loyalty
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation excellence
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience in premium retail environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing team performance
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and develop staff
- Exceptional customer service orientation and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic inventory software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
