Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store cleanliness.
- Lead, train, and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, stock takes, and loss prevention measures.
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to ensure an engaging and attractive store layout.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and escalations with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Monitor sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth events and exhibition transitions.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Candidates with experience in attractions or hospitality retail will be highly regarded.
