Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple retail outlets to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.
- Ensure all store displays and visual merchandising meet the brand’s aesthetic standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales, staff attendance, and operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
