Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and execute daily retail operational plans to maximize store efficiency and sales performance.
- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve and exceed individual and store sales KPIs.
- Oversee floor operations, ensuring luxury visual merchandising standards are impeccably maintained.
- Conduct regular coaching and training sessions for retail staff to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and ensure accurate cash handling and point-of-sale processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with store management to implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail management, preferably in travel retail, department stores, or luxury fashion.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Results-oriented with strong business acumen and the ability to analyze sales data.
- Ability to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays to support airport operations.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to assist international travelers.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
