Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily boutique operations to ensure peak efficiency and adherence to premium brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service, personally handling VIP clientele and resolving complex inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, meticulous cycle counts, and effective loss prevention.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising displays in accordance with global brand guidelines to drive foot traffic.
- Coordinate staff scheduling and conduct regular performance evaluations to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Ensure the boutique environment remains organized, safe, and aesthetically aligned with luxury standards at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in the fashion retail or luxury goods sector.
- Proven leadership ability with a track record of building and managing high-performing retail teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is highly regarded.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and KPI reporting.
- A genuine passion for fashion, style, and staying updated with global industry trends.
- Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays, to meet retail demands.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
