Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the retail team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage stock inventory, including regular cycle counts, replenishments, and prevention of shrinkage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Coordinate visual merchandising displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Prepare accurate daily sales reports and perform cashiering duties when required.
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and product presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, pharmacy, or FMCG environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and coach team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate in local dialects is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
