Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily store operations and team performance to achieve sales targets
- Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, customer service, and brand standards
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for optimal stock management
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance customer engagement
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service experiences
- Prepare operational reports and analyze sales data for strategic improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in fashion/retail sector
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Knowledge of footwear/apparel retail operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
