Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency and high standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Support and implement sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with the supply chain for timely replenishment.
- Train, coach, and motivate retail staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
- Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
- Passion for books, education, and retail is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
