Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Lead and motivate retail teams to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and loss prevention protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain positive brand perception
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to optimize stock availability and reduce waste
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in supervisory role
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for staff coaching and customer engagement
- Proficient in inventory management systems and retail POS software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
