This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of store performance. Your primary focus will be driving sales across in-store and outbound channels, ensuring exceptional store visibility, maintaining strict control over stock inventory, and successfully managing a dynamic team of sales promoters. You will be the key driver of a customer-centric culture, ensuring every visitor receives top-tier service while simultaneously working to exceed ambitious sales KPIs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing cashiering operations, preparing detailed sales and inventory reports, conducting regular team training sessions, and implementing strategic promotional plans in collaboration with the area manager. You will be the bridge between the brand and the customer, making critical decisions that impact revenue and brand reputation in the competitive mobile phone market.

Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and exceed sales targets for both in-store and outbound channels, implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Oversee store visibility and merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive, brand-compliant, and optimized for customer engagement.
- Manage all aspects of stock inventory, including receiving, auditing, replenishment, and loss prevention to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of promoters and sales staff, providing coaching, performance evaluations, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards by handling inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining a positive and welcoming store environment.
- Prepare accurate daily sales and inventory reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Supervise cashiering operations and ensure strict compliance with cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) procedures.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions and events designed to drive foot traffic and increase local brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry, specifically in mobile phones or consumer electronics.
- Proven experience in managing inventory, sales reporting, and overall store operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve and surpass goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Filipino.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by the retail business.
- Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Baguio City.
