- Supervise daily picking operations for online orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Lead and mentor a team of pickers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance metrics
- Implement process improvements to enhance picking efficiency and reduce errors
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records
- Enforce safety protocols and operational standards in the fulfillment area
- Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in retail or warehouse operations
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands
