Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate a team of retail advisors to exceed daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times to enhance brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store procedures.
- Manage employee scheduling and payroll coordination to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to implement strategies for store growth.

Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors.
- Proven track record in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead diverse teams.
- Exceptional customer-centric mindset with a deep passion for luxury brand standards.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
