Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate retail team to achieve sales targets and service standards
- Manage inventory operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service protocols
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure positive shopping experiences
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure store cleanliness, security, and compliance with company policies
- Process transactions accurately and manage cash handling procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of stationery products and retail operations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent; retail management certification preferred
