Tanggung Jawab
- Lead system deployment, upgrades, and patch management for retail hardware/software environments
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for POS systems, inventory management, and CRM platforms
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system integration and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Mentor junior analysts and conduct training sessions on system operations
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential issues
- Implement security protocols and compliance standards for retail systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience in retail IT support with POS/system administration
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, networking, and database management
- Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Azure advantageous
- Experience with system deployment methodologies (Agile/ITIL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Leadership experience in technical team environments
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
