You will play a pivotal part in managing daily store operations, supporting our sales team, and executing promotional campaigns that drive store traffic. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to shoppers in the Chinese Department, assisting with inquiries and product recommendations.
- Manage daily store operations, including stock replenishment, inventory control, and visual merchandising standards.
- Support sales initiatives by actively promoting products and achieving individual and team targets.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and in-store activities.
- Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Handle cashier duties, including processing payments accurately and managing petty cash.
- Mentor retail staff or trainees to ensure consistent service quality across the team.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM/Diploma holders or equivalent are preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, though full training will be provided for trainees.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- A genuine passion for books, education, and retail operations.
