Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs tailored for retail outlets in North Mindanao.
- Conduct engaging workshops on product knowledge, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor the performance of trainees and provide constructive feedback to ensure competency.
- Collaborate with store managers and HR to identify skill gaps and specific training needs.
- Update and maintain training materials to reflect changes in company policies and industry standards.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new retail staff members.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and suggest improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail training, customer service, or operations management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with the petroleum or fuel retail industry is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel to various locations within North Mindanao.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on team development and safety.
