Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver engaging training programs for retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence
- Conduct regular store assessments to identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching solutions
- Analyze sales data and dealer metrics to develop actionable improvement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals and digital resources
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPI tracking and feedback collection
- Facilitate workshops and on-the-job training sessions for retail teams
- Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate best practices into training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training or sales coaching
- Proven track record in improving dealer performance and sales metrics
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience developing training materials and curriculum for retail environments
- Knowledge of 2-wheel or automotive industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and training management systems
