Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute training curriculums tailored to retail operations, customer service standards, and product knowledge.
- Conduct on-the-job coaching, role-playing sessions, and workshops to enhance staff performance.
- Monitor training effectiveness and analyze metrics to recommend improvements for operational processes.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify skill gaps and develop personalized development plans.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency across all retail locations.
- Facilitate team-building activities and leadership training for aspiring store managers.
- Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative training methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail operations and training.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful training programs.
- Strong presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and training management software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
- Flexibility to travel between retail locations as needed.
