Join Fendi's luxury retail revolution as the Retail Training Manager for Southeast Asia! Reporting to the Retail Excellence Director SEAA, you'll spearhead transformative training initiatives that elevate our retail experience across dynamic markets. - Design and implement region-specific training programs for retail staff across SEA markets
- Develop engaging learning materials including e-modules, workshops, and onboarding resources
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions for store managers and regional coordinators
- Analyze performance data to refine training strategies and address skill gaps
- Partner with visual merchandising and product teams to align training with brand initiatives
- Manage training budgets and vendor relationships for optimal resource allocation
- Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and continuous improvement cycles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or Luxury Retail Management
- 5+ years retail experience with 3+ years in training/development leadership
- Proven success in luxury or high-end retail environments
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven training optimization
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and LMS management
