Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and update engaging training materials, including product guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and visual aids.
- Conduct on-site training sessions, product demos, and role-playing exercises for store staff to enhance their selling skills.
- Assess the skill gaps of store associates and create personalized development plans to foster career growth.
- Partner with store managers to monitor employee performance, identify coaching opportunities, and provide constructive feedback.
- Onboard new hires efficiently to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
- Organize and maintain a centralized library of training resources and retail best practices.
- Track training metrics and report on the effectiveness of programs to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail training, sales management, or customer service.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with footwear or fashion retail is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail schedules.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic learning management systems.
