Join KDCI as a Returns Processing Coordinator and play a crucial role in our customer satisfaction journey. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end returns operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both our customers and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing customer returns, verifying product conditions, updating inventory systems, and coordinating with various departments to resolve return-related issues. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our fulfillment team, ensuring that returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer returns efficiently and accurately according to company policies
- Verify returned product conditions and determine appropriate disposition (restock, repair, or disposal)
- Update inventory management systems to reflect returned items accurately
- Communicate with customers regarding return status, resolutions, and any applicable refunds
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve complex return issues
- Generate regular reports on return rates, reasons, and resolution outcomes
- Identify trends in returns and recommend process improvements to reduce return rates
- Maintain organized records of all return transactions and communications
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in returns processing, customer service, or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound judgments
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer satisfaction principles
