- Process and record tax payments, permits, and municipal fees with precision
- Reconcile daily collections and prepare financial reports for audit purposes
- Assist taxpayers with payment methods, deadlines, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain digital and physical records of all transactions in compliance with government standards
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment records and account balances
- Coordinate with treasury office for timely deposit of collected revenues
- Support revenue forecasting and collection efficiency initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue collection or government accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong numerical accuracy and data management skills
- Valid Civil Service Professional eligibility (or equivalent certification)
- Knowledge of local taxation laws and municipal revenue procedures
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
