Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and accurately process payments for various municipal fees, taxes, and licenses.
- Issue official receipts and invoices to all payers in strict accordance with government accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily cash ledgers, collection records, and daily reports.
- Reconcile daily collections with bank deposits and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Assist government officials, taxpayers, and the general public with inquiries regarding billing, rates, and payment procedures.
- Sort, file, and organize all financial documents and vouchers to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Perform routine data entry tasks and assist in the preparation of monthly or quarterly financial summaries.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Revenue Officer or authorized officials.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate of any business, accountancy, or related course.
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in revenue collection, accounting, or clerical work.
- Must be a resident of the Ilocos Region or willing to be assigned in Baggao, Cagayan.
- Proficient in the use of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and data entry systems.
- Demonstrated strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and high accuracy in financial computations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively dealing with a diverse clientele.
- Must possess a clean record of good moral character and physical fitness for the job.
