As a Revenue Cycle Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for our operations team. Your expertise will help ensure that all staff members understand the end-to-end revenue cycle processes, from patient registration through final payment collection.
This is a hybrid position with Day shift availability, offering you the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments while contributing to meaningful healthcare operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs covering revenue cycle management processes including patient registration, insurance verification, billing, coding, and collections
- Conduct onboarding training for new hires and ongoing skill development sessions for existing staff
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, SOPs, and e-learning modules
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their knowledge of healthcare billing systems and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with operations leadership to identify training needs and implement solutions for performance gaps
- Track and report on training metrics including completion rates, certification status, and productivity improvements
- Stay updated on industry regulations, payer policies, and best practices in revenue cycle management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Revenue Cycle Management or Healthcare Billing, with at least 1 year in a training or coaching role
- Strong knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS) and insurance claim processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems
- Experience with healthcare information systems and EMR/EHR platforms is a plus
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
