Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations (RevOps) Executive to join our dynamic team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will act as the connective tissue between our sales, marketing, and operations departments, ensuring seamless alignment and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for maintaining our data integrity, streamlining our workflows, and providing the visibility required for our leadership to make informed, strategic decisions. We are looking for an analytical thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to implement tools and processes that scale our business operations effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain CRM data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key revenue metrics.
- Assist in the implementation and administration of revenue-enabling software and tools.
- Support the documentation of operational processes and best practices across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze the sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Assist with cross-functional projects aimed at increasing organizational efficiency and alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across different departments.
- Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable working with technology and process automation.
