Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate billing records for all services
- Oversee the accounts receivable process and ensure timely collections
- Prepare regular financial reports and statements for management review
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper revenue recognition
- Implement and improve billing and collection procedures
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue payments
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in revenue management or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex financial scenarios
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
