Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages safely and on-time to customers across designated Jakarta routes
- Maintain assigned delivery vehicle in optimal condition through regular checks and maintenance
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal transit time
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Accurately document delivery status and report any incidents or delays promptly
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to coordinate pickup schedules and special requests
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle driver's license with at least 1 year of safe driving experience
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta's road networks and traffic patterns
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Basic smartphone literacy for using delivery tracking applications
