- Supervise and coordinate all onshore drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Manage drilling crews and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor drilling performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with engineering, geology, and other departments to align drilling plans
- Manage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Prepare and submit daily drilling reports and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in onshore drilling operations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Deep knowledge of drilling equipment, processes, and procedures
- Familiarity with rig emergency signals and response protocols
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure
- Valid Well Control certification and other relevant industry certifications
