In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for securing and managing the necessary access rights for the installation, maintenance, and expansion of our critical telecommunications infrastructure. As our projects continue to grow, the need for efficient land acquisition and access management becomes paramount. You will serve as the key liaison between our technical teams, property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project execution.

Tanggung Jawab
- Secure right-of-way access and land easements for network infrastructure projects.
- Conduct thorough site surveys and prepare necessary documentation for land acquisition.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with landowners and local government units.
- Process and track permits, licenses, and clearances required for construction.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and construction teams to resolve access-related issues.
- Monitor project timelines to ensure land acquisition milestones are met.
- Maintain accurate records of all acquired rights and correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Right-of-Way, Land Acquisition, or Permitting.
- Strong knowledge of local government regulations and construction permit requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
