Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Oversee internal/external audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings
- Establish compliance policies and procedures for regulatory adherence
- Conduct periodic risk assessments and prepare comprehensive executive reports
- Lead cross-functional risk mitigation initiatives across departments
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise on compliance implications
- Foster organizational risk awareness through training and communication
- Manage compliance documentation and reporting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years in risk management or compliance roles
- Professional certification (CIA, CISA, CFA, or equivalent) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Malaysian regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Proven experience in risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with compliance management systems (e.g., RSA Archer, LogicGate)
