Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise-level risks associated with SPX Express operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to local regulations and Shopee internal guidelines.
- Analyze logistics performance data to detect anomalies and potential areas of financial or operational exposure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Legal, Operations, Finance) to resolve compliance gaps.
- Prepare executive-level reports detailing risk assessments, mitigation progress, and emerging industry threats.
- Drive continuous improvement of internal control systems to support business scalability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance, ideally within a logistics or e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and compliance software tools.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian regulatory environments related to logistics and supply chain.
