- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies aligned with ISO 31000 and industry best practices
- Conduct periodic control testing and compliance audits to validate risk management effectiveness
- Develop comprehensive risk dashboards and executive reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with department heads to embed risk protocols into business processes
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to local and international compliance standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance roles
- Proficiency in risk assessment frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000) and control testing methodologies
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry-specific risk factors
- Professional certification (FRM, CRM, CIA) or equivalent experience preferred
