In this role, you will conduct thorough risk assessments across various business units, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities. You will develop and implement robust risk mitigation strategies aligned with ISO 31000 and other relevant frameworks. Your analytical insights will directly influence strategic decision-making, ensuring that we proactively manage risks related to finance, operations, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, combined with a proven track record in risk management. Fluency in English is mandatory, as you will collaborate with international teams and external partners. A deep understanding of ISO standards and excellent communication skills are essential to drive a culture of risk awareness across the organization.
Key responsibilities include monitoring risk indicators, preparing comprehensive reports for senior management, leading risk workshops, and continuously improving our risk management framework. You will also work closely with internal auditors and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Identify and analyze potential risks affecting business operations, including financial, operational, and strategic risks.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies and policies to minimize exposure.
- Monitor and review existing risk control measures and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 31000 and other relevant standards.
- Prepare risk reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with departments to promote a risk-aware culture and conduct training sessions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting risk management.
- Lead risk assessment workshops and facilitate risk identification sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management or a related area.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 31000, ISO 9001, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in risk assessment tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
