Tanggung Jawab
- Provide world-class customer service by actively engaging with visitors and understanding their unique needs.
- Share in-depth knowledge of Rituals' product lines, ingredients, and the philosophy behind our collections.
- Perform product demonstrations, such as hand massages or fragrance trials, to create memorable in-store experiences.
- Maintain impeccable store standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive customer relationship management.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently and accurately while upholding company service protocols.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing product feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in luxury retail, beauty, or high-end hospitality is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Professional demeanor with a genuine passion for the wellness and beauty industry.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
