GameOne PH is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented RMA Staff to join our dynamic operations team in Quezon City. The RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) role is critical to maintaining customer trust by ensuring that returns and warranty claims are handled with precision and speed.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of returned items. You will act as the primary point of contact between our retail branches, the technical repair team, and our external suppliers. A successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of consumer electronics, a methodical approach to documentation, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in the gaming industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Receive, inspect, and document returned gaming consoles, peripherals, and PC components.
  • Verify warranty eligibility by checking serial numbers and purchase records against company databases.
  • Coordinate with the technical department for unit testing, diagnosis, and repair assessments.
  • Liaise with authorized distributors and suppliers to facilitate the replacement or repair of defective units.
  • Maintain an organized tracking system for all RMA cases to ensure no request is overlooked.
  • Provide regular status updates to customers and branch personnel regarding pending warranty claims.
  • Ensure the timely dispatch of repaired or replaced items back to customers or store locations.
  • Generate weekly reports on return rates and common hardware defects to support quality control efforts.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in RMA processing, technical support, or inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with gaming hardware, gadgets, and consumer electronics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage high volumes of documentation accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and tracking.
  • Strong communication skills to handle customer inquiries and supplier coordination professionally.
  • High attention to detail when inspecting physical items for damage or defects.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines for turnaround times.
  • Resident of or willing to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
