Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and conduct Research and Development experiments for new bakery items, including breads, cakes, and pastries.
- Oversee quality control processes, including sensory testing and flavor profiling, to ensure product excellence.
- Manage daily production schedules and delegate tasks effectively to the production team.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Analyze production data and feedback to optimize recipes and improve production efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and supervise junior staff and production assistants.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product prototypes for new campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in R&D, bakery production, or food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP) and quality assurance.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in food products.
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and recipe management software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (advantageous).
