Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily accounting operations and financial reporting for road construction projects.
- Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, and variance analysis to ensure profitability.
- Manage and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and performance reviews.
- Supervise the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax regulations, construction industry standards, and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast financial requirements and cash flow needs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Strong understanding of construction accounting principles, cost control, and project finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or similar) is highly desirable.
