Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end deployment, configuration, and rollout of Cortex XDR across diverse client environments.
- Collaborate with internal project managers and stakeholders to ensure deployment timelines and quality standards are met.
- Perform system health checks, troubleshooting, and post-deployment validation to ensure optimal performance of security agents.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, deployment reports, and configuration manuals.
- Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to client IT teams during and after the rollout phase.
- Identify potential deployment risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams to resolve escalated technical issues during deployment cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT systems, network engineering, or security deployment.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint security solutions; knowledge of Cortex XDR is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems architecture.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) for automation tasks.
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deployment projects under tight deadlines.
