Join Asialink Group Of Companies as a Ropa Officer and take charge of our real estate mortgage operations' property portfolio. This critical role involves the end-to-end management, strategic disposal, and meticulous monitoring of all acquired real and other properties. You'll be instrumental in ensuring optimal asset utilization, maintaining accurate property records, and implementing effective recovery strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire lifecycle of acquired properties from acquisition to final disposition
- Conduct regular property assessments, valuations, and market analysis
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all real estate assets
- Develop and implement strategic plans for property disposal and recovery
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on property portfolio status and performance metrics
- Collaborate with mortgage teams to assess property collateral value and risk
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or real estate mortgage operations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine real estate laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in property valuation methodologies and assessment techniques
- Experience with property documentation, legal compliance, and transaction processing
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
