Tanggung Jawab
- Create and maintain optimized delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods
- Analyze delivery data to identify opportunities for route optimization and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with Sales and Warehouse teams to coordinate delivery schedules and meet customer expectations
- Manage fleet resources, including vehicle assignments and driver schedules
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding delivery status and changes
- Stay updated on traffic patterns, road conditions, and other factors that may affect delivery routes
- Generate reports on delivery performance, route efficiency, and fleet utilization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in route planning, logistics, or transportation management
- Proficiency in route planning software and logistics management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Metro Manila road networks and traffic patterns is a plus
