Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular field audits to verify financial records and transaction logs.
- Assist the senior audit team in preparing comprehensive audit reports and documentation.
- Reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies in financial entries promptly.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit-related documentation.
- Coordinate with different department heads to ensure timely submission of financial reports.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Travel to various business locations within Metro Manila as required for audit cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in auditing, bookkeeping, or administrative finance roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying inconsistencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across various departments.
- Willingness and ability to perform fieldwork/roving tasks within the Metro Manila area.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
