We are currently seeking a highly skilled Roving Engineer (Account Lead) to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary technical lead for your assigned accounts, ensuring that all facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Your key focus will be on managing property operations, maintaining high standards of facility maintenance, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, preparing and monitoring annual budgets, and serving as the primary point of contact for tenant relations. We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive operational excellence and ensure our properties remain competitive and well-maintained.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all property operations, including preventive maintenance and repair works.
- Act as the primary Account Lead, managing vendor selection, performance evaluation, and contract renewals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular safety audits.
- Manage the annual budget for the account, including expense forecasting and cost control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure high satisfaction and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with building management teams and external contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service levels meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management or facility engineering.
- Proven track record as an Account Lead, Roving Engineer, or Facility Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Valid PRC license (if applicable) and professional certification in facility management is a plus.
