As a Roving Field Merchandiser, you'll be the face of our brand in retail stores throughout Pasig City and Metro Manila. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure optimal product placement and visibility across assigned retail locations
- Perform health testing demonstrations to educate customers about product benefits and usage
- Execute merchandising activities including plan-o-gram compliance, shelf organization, and promotional displays
- Provide excellent customer assistance, product information, and address customer inquiries
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the merchandising supervisor
- Collect and report customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends
- Maintain professional relationships with retail store personnel and management
- Complete daily reporting and documentation of store visits, activities, and observations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education in business, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in retail merchandising, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple locations
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising principles and plan-o-gram execution
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for store visits throughout Metro Manila
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong brand ambassador qualities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and documentation
