VItamax Prime Trading Inc is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Roving Field Merchandiser / Health Tester to join our growing team in Cebu City. This unique role combines the strategic elements of merchandising with the personal touch of health testing and product demonstrations.
As a Roving Field Merchandiser, you will be responsible for conducting regular store visits across your assigned territory. You will ensure our products are optimally placed, stocked, and displayed to maximize sales. Simultaneously, as a Health Tester, you will engage directly with customers by performing basic health assessments and educating them on the benefits of our health and wellness products. You will be the brand ambassador, providing excellent customer assistance and building lasting relationships with both retail partners and consumers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute weekly roving schedules to maximize coverage of assigned retail stores in Cebu City.
- Set up and conduct engaging product demonstrations and in-store health testing events (blood pressure, BMI, glucose screening).
- Perform routine merchandising tasks including shelf stocking, pricing audits, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with store managers, supervisors, and sales staff.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide health-related information, and facilitate purchase decisions.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, product performance, and market trends.
- Manage promotional materials and point-of-sale displays to ensure brand visibility.
- Submit accurate and timely daily visit reports, sales data, and inventory feedback.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate or at least completed Associate's degree; background in Nursing, Nutrition, Business, or Marketing is a plus.
- With at least 6 months of experience in field merchandising, sales, or retail operations.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct field work 5-6 days a week.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano to interact effectively with diverse customers and partners.
- Basic understanding of health testing equipment and protocols (training will be provided for qualified candidates).
- Highly organized, independent, and able to manage time effectively without direct supervision.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for field mobility.
- Proficient in using mobile reporting tools and MS Office applications.
