SeaKing is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Roving Merchandiser to drive sales growth across our network of retail partners. In this fast-paced role, you will act as the brand ambassador for SeaKing, ensuring high product visibility, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer engagement in various stores throughout Malabon City. You will work independently to meet sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and gather valuable market insights to support our business strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and maximize product visibility across assigned retail outlets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of SeaKing products.
- Maintain accurate and attractive product displays according to company visual standards.
- Collect and report daily sales data, inventory levels, and market feedback to management.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to ensure partnership success.
- Execute promotional campaigns, product sampling, and marketing activities.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and driving standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable personal vehicle.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, merchandising, or sales promotion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to travel between multiple store locations in Metro Manila.
- Familiarity with the Malabon City and surrounding areas is an advantage.
