Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales operations and product merchandising across assigned store locations (SM Lucena, Pacific Mall, La Suerte).
- Provide exceptional product demonstrations and information to customers to influence purchasing decisions.
- Ensure that store displays are clean, well-stocked, and compliant with brand visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store supervisors for replenishment requests.
- Generate and submit accurate daily sales reports to the management team.
- Maintain high levels of customer service by answering queries and resolving minor concerns on the sales floor.
- Participate in store activations, product launches, and promotional events as required.
Kualifikasi
- High School Graduate or completed at least 2 years in college.
- Proven work experience as a Promodiser, Sales Clerk, or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of retail operating hours.
- Must be willing to perform 'roving' duties between assigned locations in Lucena.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward achieving sales quotas.
